Job Summary
A health and nutrition coach provider has an open position for a Telecommute Student Health Engagement Specialist in Boise.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to HCI students
- Schedule appointments to connect students to participate in Success Calls
- Provide detailed guidance to students to engage with all areas of the program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- You have experience making outbound calls and experience with sales technologies (i.e. CRM)
- You have strong customer service skills and enjoy connecting with others via phone
- You are exceptionally computer literate
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You are detail-oriented and strive for excellence in your work
- All other requirements necessary for this position
