A student loan servicing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Student Loan Customer Success Specialist in Overland Park.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, technical support and other assistance as necessary
• Maintain end-to-end responsibility for customer needs
• Provide information about online products and services to existing customers
