Job Summary

An educational technology and services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Student Services Help Desk Customer Service Advisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolve end user inquiries by utilizing multiple technologies
  • Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues
  • Manage and resolve identified client issues for assigned customer accounts

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years old or over
  • Knowledge of how to use a computer and internet applications
  • Proficiency in MS Office computer applications, including Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with education-related technologies
  • Ability to handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues in a timely manner
