Job Summary
An educational technology and services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Student Services Help Desk Customer Service Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve end user inquiries by utilizing multiple technologies
- Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues
- Manage and resolve identified client issues for assigned customer accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or over
- Knowledge of how to use a computer and internet applications
- Proficiency in MS Office computer applications, including Word and Excel
- Familiarity with education-related technologies
- Ability to handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues in a timely manner
