Job Summary

A cyber security training company is seeking a Telecommute Student Success Advisor.

Must be able to:

  • Provide registration and payment support for current and prospective students
  • Answer non-technical questions related to candidate registration, payment or ongoing class logistics
  • Coach students through course difficulties, developing a growth mindset

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years customer service experience preferably in an office, IT, or Academic support environment
  • Ability to work with students in all time zones, locales and cultures throughout the world
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a high-pressure environment
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and comprehension of English
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
