Job Summary
A cyber security training company is seeking a Telecommute Student Success Advisor.
Must be able to:
- Provide registration and payment support for current and prospective students
- Answer non-technical questions related to candidate registration, payment or ongoing class logistics
- Coach students through course difficulties, developing a growth mindset
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years customer service experience preferably in an office, IT, or Academic support environment
- Ability to work with students in all time zones, locales and cultures throughout the world
- Ability to work unsupervised in a high-pressure environment
- Fluency in reading, writing, and comprehension of English
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
