Job Summary

An online educational institution is filling a position for a Telecommute Student Success Coach.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide student support throughout the student life-cycle
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support
  • Manage at-risk students and provide outreach and support

Required Skills:

  • Fluent in all aspects of operating a college in a fast-paced environment
