A higher education company is filling a position for a Telecommute Student Success Community Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building a team of student-obsessed Community Professionals
- Redefining student-led peer support and programming.
- Developing strategies for community segments: audits, enrolled students, alumni, etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have a successful track record for launching and scaling communities
- Must be able to establish credibility and deeply understand our audience
- Must have impeccable social and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicator across email, social media, phone, and video conference
- Ability to take ownership, but comfortable asking for help when stuck
