Job Summary
An educational services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Student Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advise and guide prospective students regarding career and specific program interest
- Assist the prospective student through the enrollment process specific to the program identified
- Service a cohort of students while meeting predetermined student metric requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor Degree with a focus in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications related
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Two years of experience for every year of formal education required
- Knowledge and skills considered essential in using technology to assist individuals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps for Work
