Job Summary
An online school system has an open position for a Telecommute Student Support Advisor.
Must be able to:
- Assist students in creating plans to Student Support plans
- Oversee the onboarding process for assigned students
- Monitor student participation
Position Requirements Include:
- May require one or more days a week in this office
- 2 years of college and 2 years' experience in education, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, Talk
- Ability to create database as well as import/export data
- Experience using search engines (internet) for research
- Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
