An educational company is in need of a Telecommute Student Support Advisor in Jacksonville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Examining academic progress and activity of students on their caseload
• Serving as a single point of contact for all non-instructional issues
• Participating in the online orientation sessions

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• 2 years of college and 2 years of experience in education or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with the online learning experience
• Experience coordinating academically-oriented clubs and extra-curricular activities
