Job Summary
An online education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Students with Disabilities Transition Coach.
Must be able to:
- Assist the Transition Coordinator in the development of transition procedures
- Develop community-based opportunities for Transition activities and services
- Implement and deliver transition services for special education students
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of time as needed for meetings, professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field and
- Three (3) years of classroom experience or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Able to pass background check requirements
