Job Summary

A corporate travel company has an open position for a Telecommute Subject Matter Expert Team Coach.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Acting as the People Leader for all Travel Counselors in the team
• Investigating service and quality errors, provide coaching and feedback
• Representing Traveler Care for all new implementations within the team

Position Requirements Include:

• Proven track record of strong relationship building and networking outside of the immediate team
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure multiple account environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Sabre and/or Apollo experience
• Case e-mail (salesforce) experience
• Passion for coaching with excellent questioning and listening skills
