Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Substance Use and Behavioral Health Services Clinical Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage onboarding training of SIS, Supervisors, and Clinicians
- Create and maintain Helpline Service Protocols
- Review, advise, and integrate training content developed by other team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Presenting at conferences/events with senior staff
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or other behavioral health field
- Minimum two years of clinical or case management experience in SUD or behavioral health
- Experience in problem gambling, adult learning, and/or curriculum development
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and a commitment to health and racial equity
- Two years of sobriety requested for people in recovery
