Job Summary
An education provider has an open position for a Telecommute Substitute Special Education Teacher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Complete all grading and generate progress reports
- Teaching through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous web conferencing sessions
- Ensuring that all students are successfully progressing through the program
Position Requirements Include:
- Valid Special Education teacher certification in Michigan
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Ability to obtain certification in other states as requested
- Ability to write and monitor IEP plans, and are willing to learn to do so using a variety of software
- Strong technology skills
