Job Summary

An intraday automation solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking a lead role in uncovering opportunities
  • Facilitating discussions with customer’s operational team to help them plan for solution
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with champions

Qualifications Include:

  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelors’ Degree in a technical field or relevant post graduate experience
  • 5 years of relevant work experience, with 3 years of consulting, program management, or presales experience
  • Experience interfacing with customers, sales, consulting services and executive management
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills with ability to address objections or concerns on the fly
  • Strong customer-focus and service orientation
