Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency has an open position for a Telecommute Supervision and Controls Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the supervision functions of the first line business units
- Working to ensure that adherence to the USAA ethical standards are met
- Serving as supervision advisor to designated business partners and executives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years experience in a risk management, compliance, regulatory, or audit function
- 6+ years first line of defense experience in surveilling/monitoring financial services transactions
- 3+ years of direct team lead or management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or 12 Years experience without a degree
