An insurance agency has an open position for a Telecommute Supervisor Commercial Lines Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Promoting the achievement of objectives
• Assisting team with underwriting risks through information gathering, risk analysis and risk decision
• Administering and monitoring underwriting rules and guidelines

Qualifications Include:

• Limited travel
• 6+ years relevant experience
• 3+ years supervisory, managerial experience in a Commercial Underwriting setting
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
