Job Summary
A humanitarian organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Supplier Risk Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying supplier evaluations performed by functions outside of Supply Management
- Facilitating identifying, developing and improving the processes
- Facilitating an assessment of the supply base using qualitative risk factors to identify potential risks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS in Finance, Accounting, Supply Management, or an MBA
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Supply Management/ Procurement roles within a large organization
- 5 years of leadership experience that demonstrates adept influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop & deliver clear presentations and stakeholder communications
- Solid business acumen coupled with solid understanding of business structures, processes, and information flow in a multi-business unit organization
