Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Supply Chain and Procurement Contract Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing contract legal review and risk mitigation support
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts that support business objectives
- Working with internal organizations to help to negotiate procurement agreements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years experience in contracts, proposals, legal, administrative
- Strong background in Software Licensing and Technology agreements
- Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills
