Job Summary

A plumbing fixture manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Project Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Applying world class project management methodologies
• Validating cost savings initiatives, aligned to organizational priorities
• Ensuring sustainability of cost reduction efforts via a clear change management plan

Required Skills:

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Operations or Supply Chain
• 4+ years related business experience is required
• 2+ years related experience applying lean principles and project management methodologies
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical capabilities
• Proficient negotiation/influence skills are required
• Adept at systematic problem solving to resolve complex issues
