Job Summary

A business management software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Supply Chain Products Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively looking for new professional service selling opportunities
  • Selling additional license, services, and hardware to existing customers
  • Engaging additional contacts, departments and divisions within assigned customer base

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Attending sales department meetings and educational activities
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service or marketing experience
  • Strong closing and customer service-related skills
  • Must have exhibited proficiency using e-mail and NetSuite (or a similar CRM system)
  • Strong phone skills, exceptional listening skills and above average problem solving skills
