Job Summary
A business management software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Supply Chain Products Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively looking for new professional service selling opportunities
- Selling additional license, services, and hardware to existing customers
- Engaging additional contacts, departments and divisions within assigned customer base
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attending sales department meetings and educational activities
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service or marketing experience
- Strong closing and customer service-related skills
- Must have exhibited proficiency using e-mail and NetSuite (or a similar CRM system)
- Strong phone skills, exceptional listening skills and above average problem solving skills
