Job Summary
A fitness company is in need of a Telecommute Supply Chain Strategy and Cost Optimization Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build the cases for Supply chain cost saving opportunities and develop mechanisms to track savings, cost and service metrics impacted by these projects
- Regularly distill trends in the business and key metrics
- Partner with manufacturing, transportation, and operations teams to develop the long term (2+ year) and intermediate term (12-24 month) strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7-10 years of experience in analytical and/or operational roles supporting Operations and Supply Chain teams
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing team members with varying levels of experience and talent
- Experience with SQL and BI or advanced analytics tools
- Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
