An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Escalating the tickets to senior technical engineers
- Connecting remotely with customers to review issues on customer's environments
- Following up to ensure that the customer's queries have been responded to
