Job Summary
A software business company has a current position open for a Telecommute Support Analyst in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming support requests
- Provide on-call and rostered support as required outside of standard business hours
- Understand and display a sense of urgency when dealing with sensitive customer issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to travel for training or as required (up to 5%)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Foundation level technical understanding of operating systems, databases and software
- A minimum of a foundation level knowledge of SQL
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
