Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Telecommute Support and Implementation Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing level 1 and 2 support for configuration issues
- Documenting all level 3 client configuration issues thoroughly
- Identifying and filling in any technical gaps in understanding with the client
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Performs onsite, remote and recorded training
- Working Administrator/ Configuration knowledge of the Kronos Workforce Central application
- Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience delivering superior customer service, support or help desk services
- Ability to identify problems, gather requirements, conduct analysis and provide accurate and appropriate solutions
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
