Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Support and Services Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Meeting the SLA requirements and the internal procedural workflow
  • Building and maintaining a consolidated relationship with assigned customers
  • Performing environment analysis and information gathering

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to meet for on-site meetings/nationwide travel
  • 2+ years Hypervisor administration
  • 3+ years of experience in the technical support field
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Advanced computing and storage technologies
