An information technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Support and Services Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting the SLA requirements and the internal procedural workflow
- Building and maintaining a consolidated relationship with assigned customers
- Performing environment analysis and information gathering
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to meet for on-site meetings/nationwide travel
- 2+ years Hypervisor administration
- 3+ years of experience in the technical support field
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Advanced computing and storage technologies
