Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Support and Supervision Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing support to the exchange program team
  • Managing disciplinary and other supervision cases to resolution
  • Drafting incident reports, student file notes, etc

Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3-5 years previous work experience
  • Computer literacy including proficiency in use of MS Office applications
  • Experience using database systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
