Job Summary

An electronic manufacturing company is seeking a Telecommute Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer support on all components of the remittance process
  • Training clients on the use of remittance programs and associated processes
  • Developing and delivering high quality remittance programs, formats and scripts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel 10%
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree and 1 year of progressive experience within technical service role or equivalent
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
