Job Summary
An electronic manufacturing company is seeking a Telecommute Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer support on all components of the remittance process
- Training clients on the use of remittance programs and associated processes
- Developing and delivering high quality remittance programs, formats and scripts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 10%
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree and 1 year of progressive experience within technical service role or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
