- Background within the Audio Visual industry
- Strong knowledge of a range of AV equipment
- VC knowledge
- Extensive experience of video conferencing
- Thorough knowledge of audio visual equipment and Cisco/Tandberg/Polycom conferencing equipment
- High competency level of computer systems
