A company that provides application programming interfaces has a current position open for a Telecommute Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Helping customers solve technical problems and answering questions
- Leading customer conversations as a technical expert
- Managing customer support tickets and providing regular updates
Position Requirements Include:
- You've provided product support over email, on the phone, or in person
- You've written and debugged code (especially Python, Ruby, or NodeJS)
- You've worked with logging tools
- You have demonstrated experience working on technical issues, troubleshooting bugs
