A company that provides application programming interfaces has a current position open for a Telecommute Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Helping customers solve technical problems and answering questions
  • Leading customer conversations as a technical expert
  • Managing customer support tickets and providing regular updates

Position Requirements Include:

  • You've provided product support over email, on the phone, or in person
  • You've written and debugged code (especially Python, Ruby, or NodeJS)
  • You've worked with logging tools
  • You have demonstrated experience working on technical issues, troubleshooting bugs
