Job Summary
A video recording and editing platform is seeking a Telecommute Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Examining application and system logs to diagnose issues
- Communicating directly with customers/support staff
- Investigating browser/platform inconsistencies and suggesting mitigations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience building/working with full-stack web applications
- Experience developing full-stack with Node.js, Angular, React or similar frameworks
- Strong communication skills
- Love investigating production issues from logs, to the terminal, and through to the browser
- Ability to readily learn most technologies as you go
