Job Summary

A video recording and editing platform is seeking a Telecommute Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Examining application and system logs to diagnose issues
  • Communicating directly with customers/support staff
  • Investigating browser/platform inconsistencies and suggesting mitigations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience building/working with full-stack web applications
  • Experience developing full-stack with Node.js, Angular, React or similar frameworks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Love investigating production issues from logs, to the terminal, and through to the browser
  • Ability to readily learn most technologies as you go
