Job Summary
A care management solutions is seeking a Telecommute Support Intensity Scale Assessor in Harrisburg.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Administering a needs assessment instrument to program participants
- Recording data in SIS databases
- Tracking multiple monthly assessment referrals
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as part of the SIS assessor team
- 4-year college degree; work in the field of human services
- Experience working directly with individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities (“ID”) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (“ASD”)
- Experience with interviewing and communicating with individuals with ID and Autism and administering standard assessments
- Excellent communications skills and computer experience
- Ability to pass criminal background clearances from the Pennsylvania State Police and Child Abuse Clearances per the Child Protective Services Law (“CPL”), 23 Pa. C.S. Chapter 63
