Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Support Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customer cases are responded to
  • Act as the customer escalation contact
  • Drive continuous improvements to the team's processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • International Travel 2-4 times per year
  • Minimum 5 years or equivalent, experience with Linux/UNIX at a technical level
  • Experience or knowledge of OpenStack, Cloud or Virtualization technologies
  • 3 years or equivalent, experience in supervisory/managerial role
  • Excellent communication skills
