Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Support Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that all customer cases are responded to
- Act as the customer escalation contact
- Drive continuous improvements to the team's processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- International Travel 2-4 times per year
- Minimum 5 years or equivalent, experience with Linux/UNIX at a technical level
- Experience or knowledge of OpenStack, Cloud or Virtualization technologies
- 3 years or equivalent, experience in supervisory/managerial role
- Excellent communication skills
