Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare system has an open position for a Telecommute Support Services Business Systems Analyst .

Must be able to:

• Support, maintain, and enhance existing systems
• Develop, configure, and deliver new systems
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding system functionality

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience and knowledge of Facets
• 1 year experience in Claims
• Demonstrated ability to develop general and detailed functional requirements
• Demonstrated ability to create and perform system testing, along with the ability to report on the results of such testing
• Ability to facilitate and carry out system configuration decisions
• Proven communication skills with an ability to be both clear and concise
