Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Telecommute Support Solutions Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide outstanding quality support to internal and external customers
- Issue ownership from initial customer contact to call resolution
- Responsible for entering and maintaining customer call problem/description detail
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel Requirements: Limited upon request (up to 15%)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations
- Ability to multitask, including multiple high priority issues and able to set and manage expectations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Window Operating Systems/Applications
- Enrolled in a college/university degree program or possess a business or technology degree
