Job Summary

An education technology platform needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to and resolving phone calls and emails from customers
  • Managing service requests from leaders
  • Escalating critical support issues to the appropriate internal channel

Qualifications Include:

  • 2-3+ years in a customer service position (bonus for online support experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with common online applications (google suite, etc) and able to quickly learn new ones
