An email service has a current position open for a Telecommute Support Systems and Tools Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Deploying and maintaining a toolset that is designed to solve customer problems proactively and dramatically reduce resolution times
- Ensuring all support systems operate smoothly and align with our quality and security standards
- Managing support systems access and ensure licensing costs align to budget
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years' experience in technical support or content development role
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex problems
- Proficient in Gainsight, Zendesk, Atlassian's product suite, Salesforce and Looker
- Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive targets
