Job Summary

An email service has a current position open for a Telecommute Support Systems and Tools Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Deploying and maintaining a toolset that is designed to solve customer problems proactively and dramatically reduce resolution times
  • Ensuring all support systems operate smoothly and align with our quality and security standards
  • Managing support systems access and ensure licensing costs align to budget

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years' experience in technical support or content development role
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex problems
  • Proficient in Gainsight, Zendesk, Atlassian's product suite, Salesforce and Looker
  • Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive targets
