Job Summary

A provider financial management is seeking a Supports Broker in the Memphis Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assessing participant ability to independently communicate, learn and participate in self-directed employer
• Explaining participant roles and responsibilities for participation in self-directed services
• Providing instruction on how to navigate the program and supporting Financial Management Systems

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to perform in-person home visits and telephone contact
• 2+ years of related work experience
• HS Diploma required
• Ability to identify, assess and respond to the unique needs of individuals with disabilities
• Ability to stimulate others to look at traditional health care service systems in new and different ways
• Efficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite software
