A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Surgery Medical Coder in Brentwood.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing and coding clinical notes and operative reports
- Coordinating and reconciling multiple schedules
- Charging entry of codes into billing system in a timely manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years coding required
- Coding certification through AHIMA or AAPC required
- Relevant education may substitute experience requirement
