Job Summary

A healthcare operations consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Surgical Clinical Reviewer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collect and submit reliable data to the ACS NSQIP
  • Perform high-quality data compilation and documentation
  • Collaborate to identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Successfully completed the ACS NSQIP certification exam in the last year
  • 1 year experience in hospital surgery department, surgery clinic OR
  • Clinical research or medical records
  • Experience with clinical chart review and abstraction
  • Recent experience (in last year) as an SCR for ACS NSQIP Data abstraction/collection
  • Computer literacy and Internet experience in areas outlined by company
