Job Summary

An IT service management company is in need of a Telecommute Surgical Instrument Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Interfacing with customers and manufacturers in a professional manner
• Handling difficult customer requests
• Reviewing manufacturer's documents

Required Skills:

• Occasional travel required to meet with management and other company staff
• A basic understanding of documentation used by Sterile Processing, and/or Operating Room
• Good direct and indirect communication skills for interacting with management and staff and clients
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google E-mail, Google Calendar, etc.
