Job Summary
A leading medical technology company specializing in the research and development of a wide range of medical devices is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Surgical Technologies Associate Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in strategically promoting and selling Company's Surgical Technologies products to meet our customers’ needs
- Confidently conducting product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products.
- Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Manager and Sales Representative(s) you are supporting to push yourself to exceed each goal.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University
- 1-2 years in medical device or B2B sales preferred
- Willingness to seek out the hard projects and work to find just the right solutions.
- Ability to be a partner who listens to ideas, share thoughts and work together to move the business forward.
- Proven ability to berelationship-savvy and intentionally make connections with both internal partners and external contacts
- Proven ability as a Salesperson who can close profitable business and consistently exceed their performance objectives
