Job Summary
A software developer is filling a position for a Telecommute Survey Science and Operations Software Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contributing to proposals and business development for survey-related projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with third party survey vendors, including panel providers
- Managing implementation of consistent survey outputs and deliverables
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in social science or quantitative fields
- 7+ years experience with survey questionnaire design, sampling approaches and quotas, and/or survey research outputs
- Experience working with survey applications (e.g. Qualtrics, Google Consumer Surveys, etc.)
- Experience with data analysis and data management a plus (e.g., SPSS, SQL, R)
- Ability to manage teams and mentor staff
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
