A financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Sustain Process Solution Director 2.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing plans to provide for ongoing monitoring and management of business processes
• Building and enhancing the capability of others through role modeling, training and coaching
• Leading, managing and mentoring direct reports

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Travel 50% of the time
• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience at an Executive Leadership and/or Director
• Experience leading, managing and directing high priority projects
• Knowledge and expertise in process improvement methodologies and tools
