A financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Sustain Process Solution Director 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing plans to provide for ongoing monitoring and management of business processes
- Building and enhancing the capability of others through role modeling, training and coaching
- Leading, managing and mentoring direct reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience at an Executive Leadership and/or Director
- Experience leading, managing and directing high priority projects
- Knowledge and expertise in process improvement methodologies and tools
