Job Summary

A real estate professional services and investment management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sustainability Certification Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Improve the sustainability and health of facilities in line with industry best practices
• Manage project calendar, submission deliverables, and the project site as required for projects
• Support new business pursuits and business development

Qualifications Include:

• 4 years of experience with LEED certification, energy conservation, energy management, sustainability management or project management
• Knowledge of sustainability and energy principles and concepts, particularly related to the built environment and human wellness
• LEED GA, BD C, CI or EBOM accreditation
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation and control systems across a variety of building types including commercial offices and datacenters
• Ability to perform energy analysis and efficiency calculations
• Strong project management and leadership skills
