Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute System Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring server system and network performance.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on existing systems and processes.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting software and system problems.

Required Skills:

  • Associates or better in Computer Science or related field
  • Ability to communicate ideas during ad-hoc design or troubleshooting sessions, presentations, and in written form
  • Knowledge working independently with limited supervision
  • Understanding of communication protocols, internet/network security and authentication
  • Experience configuring, supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft IIS
  • Experience configuring, supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server
