A community development technology company is seeking a Telecommute System Monitor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling all inbound issue resolution for company 3rd Party Platform Operations
  • Demonstrating effective communication skills and relationship-building

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience handling inbound customer issue resolution using email, phone and chat
  • Must be confident working with MS Excel, google drive and open to learning new systems
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service role and resilient in an ever-changing environment
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Highly motivated individual that works well in a team environment
