A community development technology company is seeking a Telecommute System Monitor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling all inbound issue resolution for company 3rd Party Platform Operations
- Demonstrating effective communication skills and relationship-building
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience handling inbound customer issue resolution using email, phone and chat
- Must be confident working with MS Excel, google drive and open to learning new systems
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service role and resilient in an ever-changing environment
- Effective written communication skills
- Highly motivated individual that works well in a team environment
