Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Telecommute Systems Administrator and Business Analyst in Denver.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting technical troubleshooting of system issues
- Developing enhancements, scripts, or centralized DB solutions to automate processes for effective time saving manual processes
- Serving as the primary support person for the core systems during and after business hours
Qualifications for this position include:
- Approximately 10% out-of-town travel to regional offices and/or data centers
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree
- 2 years of general Business Analysis
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator (ADM201), Advanced Administrator (ADM211), Platform App Builder (DEV402) or Platform Developer I (DEV450)
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and complex custom reports and demonstrate an understanding of VisualForce, HTML, Javascript and CSS
