Job Summary
An health insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Systems Analyst I in Dayton.
Must be able to:
- Leverage appropriate approaches and modeling techniques to elicit requirements
- Recognize inconsistencies and gaps in a complex business process
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and users, stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- One (1) years of experience in requirements management
- One (1) year of experience working in Facets, CCA, SAP, CRMs or other similar enterprise systems
- Understanding of business analysis principles and available solutions
- Experience in creating and writing technical specifications within an agile framework
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all different levels
