Job Summary
An information technology consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute Systems Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Handle L1, and L2 issues reported by the Applications and Infrastructure support help desk
- Track and classify incoming incidents or service requests, attempting initially solutions
- Ensure Incidents and Service Requests are properly escalated and assigned to appropriate groups
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Capable of traveling at least 30% of the time
- 1-2 years of experience with computer and application support in a business environment
- Familiarity with Browser technologies such as Microsoft IE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access)
