Job Summary

An information technology consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute Systems Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Handle L1, and L2 issues reported by the Applications and Infrastructure support help desk
  • Track and classify incoming incidents or service requests, attempting initially solutions
  • Ensure Incidents and Service Requests are properly escalated and assigned to appropriate groups

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Capable of traveling at least 30% of the time
  • 1-2 years of experience with computer and application support in a business environment
  • Familiarity with Browser technologies such as Microsoft IE
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access)
