Job Summary

An IT consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Systems Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Writing automation scripts for managing and maintaining IT environments
  • Serving as a consultant to other MSP's (Managed Service Providers)
  • Providing support on commonly used MSP tools and technologies like Kaseya

Position Requirements Include:

  • Previous experience in IT, computer science, or other related fields
  • Prior experience in working in a Managed Services environment (MSP) would be beneficial
  • Using tools like Labtech and Kaseya for remote monitoring and maintenance
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems like ConnectWise
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery products like Datto, StorageCraft, Veeam
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
